Should have knowledge of processing & defining requirements, visualizing & creating graphics & presentations including illustrations logo layouts & photoediting. should be well versed in using graphic desining softawre like canva, Google slides, coreldraw etc.
Should have experience in operating building management system, Software which controls the operation and monitoring systems in the building for various installations.
Should have experience in HT/LT substation installed in buildings.
Should have experience in operating and maintenance of various plumbing devices like Pumps, piping, drainage etc.
Should have experience in operating audio video sound system like amplifiers, mixers, mic systems, speakers installed in auditorium.
Should have experience in operating sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant installed in building.
Should have experience in operations and maintenance of firefighting equipment used for detection and protection of fire in a building.
Should have a valid license for light vehicles of both automatic and manual with an experience of a minimum of 10 years.
