Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Site Stores & Inventory Control, located in Roing. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, maintaining inventory control, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Daily tasks include supervising store staff, overseeing stock levels, communicating with vendors, and conducting regular audits to prevent discrepancies. Responsibilities · Lead detailed design of ground-mounted utility scale solar PV systems (DC & AC side), including site layout, module mounting structures, inverter sizing, and cable routing. · Conduct solar resource assessment, energy yield estimation, and system simulation using PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar tools. · Prepare and validate single line diagrams (SLDs), string sizing, shadow analysis, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs). · Design and validate interconnection with grid (HT/LT), grounding, and protection systems. · Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, and SCADA teams to integrate design components. · Support project execution teams with design clarifications, revisions, and optimization. · Ensure compliance with national/international standards (IEC, IEEE, MNRE, CEA norms). · Prepare and maintain design documentation, datasheets, reports, and drawings. · Review and approve vendor GA drawings, datasheets, and engineering calculation · Mentor and guide junior engineers and draftsmen. · Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and clients for design approvals and technical discussions. · Participate in technical meetings, reviews, and audits. · Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, SketchUp, MS Office, and electrical design software · Strong understanding of solar PV components, grid integration, and utility requirements · Familiarity with relevant codes (IS/IEC/IEEE/NBC/MNRE/CEA) Qualifications B Tech / BE - Electrical with 12 - 15 Years of Experience

The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all EHS-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing safety programs. Daily tasks include health and safety audits, accident investigations, and providing training to staff on EHS protocols. The EHS Manager will collaborate with various teams to promote a culture of safety within the organization. Qualifications Strong knowledge in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Experience in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation Proficiency in conducting EHS Training sessions Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus Experience in the infrastructure or construction sector is advantageous
