Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Highway Operations and Maintenance based in Amravati. The role includes overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for highways and related infrastructure. Responsibilities involve monitoring project implementation, managing key operations and performance metrics, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, handling reporting and documentation, and addressing customer service inquiries efficiently. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring the seamless operational flow of highway management will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Maintenance to ensure efficient and effective highway operations and upkeep
• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, reporting, and quality assurance
• Experience in Team Management, with an ability to lead and guide operational and maintenance teams
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide a seamless user experience
• Proven leadership abilities, time management skills, and knowledge of compliance standards
• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline is preferred
• Experience in highway operations or infrastructure management will be an advantage
