Interns selected through the Talent Hunt will gain hands-on experience in:

• Equity Research Report Writing
• Financial Modelling & Valuation
• Risk Analysis & Market Forecasting
• Coding Research into Python-based Quant Models
• Compliance-Ready Research Documentation
  

• Prepare equity & sector research reports with factual accuracy and risk disclosure.
• Analyze macro-economic indicators, company financials, and government policies.
• Convert research into Python/SQL/AIML tools & quant models.
• Work with PredictRAM mentors to refine analysis and improve technical skills.
• Present findings with clear documentation, charts, and risk statements.
  

• Students / recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with financial markets, research reports, and basic valuation.
• Python skills preferred (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
