Education Qualification:

Requirements

Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accrual accounting, GL concepts, US GAAP, and financial close processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, dashboards, pivot tables).
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative working style.
Flexibility to extend work hours to support U.S. stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience working in a Site Management Organization (SMO) or Contract Research Organization (CRO) or Clinical research operations — helpful for understanding clinical trial budgeting and study-level financial nuances.
Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools (added advantage).
Experience with Excel VBA/macros (nice to have).
