Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Architect at PS Group Realty, located in Kolkata. The Assistant Manager - Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring design integrity. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing design plans, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Project Architect, Landscape, Structural, MEP, Interior, BIM, and IGBC consultants to ensure design consistency and timely deliverables. Manage collaboration with marketing, 3D visualization, and brochure teams. Review drawings, specifications, and methodologies to align design intent with site execution. Support contract finalization, shop drawing approvals, and sample reviews. Liaise with site teams to resolve design issues and maintain quality standards. Ensure effective communication among consultants, contractors, and management. Provide design insights and assist in preparing SOF, schedules, and MIS reports.
