Role Description

The Design Coordinator will oversee and manage design processes, ensuring timely project execution and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating design plans, liaising with team members and external stakeholders, managing submittals, and facilitating communication during the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Design Management and Architecture skills to ensure project designs align with vision and quality standards
• Project Management and Submittals expertise to manage timelines, resources, and documentation efficiently
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a design coordination or similar role is advantageous.
