Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in both financial planning and accounting functions, with hands-on experience in our core financial software stack.
In this role, you will be a key business partner, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range plans.Performing detailed variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends.Developing and maintaining financial models to support business initiatives and investment evaluations.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand operational drivers, and ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives.Supporting the monthly financial reporting process for management and stakeholders.Continuously improving financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related finance role.Software Proficiency:Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Zoho Books for core accounting functions.Minimum of 1 year of proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, specifically Zoho Analytics or Power BI.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced functions).Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
