Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Description: Role Overview: As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, your role is to oversee and manage all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis. You will be responsible for preparing reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership. Additionally, you will analyze data and understand the financial data of the organization to perform variance analysis and identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and gather data to support the development of financial assessments and scenario analysis - Insert rate case filing inputs - Create Budget-to-Actual for Balance sheet and Profit and loss - Collect and upload data into Hyperion - Conduct Variance Analysis - Present overall performance reports for senior management review - Identify business impact ideas and assist in their implementation - Work closely with senior management to drive business growth Qualification Required: - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) - Bachelor's degree in Account/Finance (B. Com/CA/CMA/CPA/M. Com/MBA Finance) - Should be flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts Additional Details of the Company (if present): The company is looking for a candidate who is ready to work in New Zealand shift, possess a positive attitude to support the business, and is flexible with working hours. Advance excel knowledge is mandatory, and 5 days of work from the office is also mandatory.
