Key Responsibilities: - Advising on financial crime risk management and leading transformation across AML/KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, and Fraud. - Assisting clients in achieving compliance with regulatory obligations and responding to regulatory reviews. - Transforming financial crime, sanctions, and fraud operating models through the implementation of new technologies. - Analyzing clients" capabilities to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved risk management. - Assisting clients in dealing with operational backlogs such as KYC files and alerts. - Sourcing and implementing technology solutions for KYC, TM, Sanctions, and Fraud. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of financial crime, sanctions, and fraud, including regulatory requirements and risk assessment. - Expertise in financial crime tooling and processes, fraud detection, prevention, and response, as well as sanctions regimes. - Strong change management experience and success in a management consulting or change role in a financial institution. - Ability to deliver as part of a long-term strategic partnership with clients while working in a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial environment. - Understanding of key market, global, and regulatory drivers shaping the financial crime industry. - Proven expertise in delivering change and leading transformation programs. - Self-starter with strong team player skills, interpersonal, and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and expertise in building and leveraging relationships. - Ability to face off to key stakeholders with credibility and present to a wide range of stakeholders from AVP to senior MDs.
