About the Role

Finance Controller / Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end
e-commerce accounting
including
order reconciliation, payment gateway settlements, refunds, returns, and marketplace payouts
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee payments, billing, and vendor reconciliations.
Handle monthly and quarterly reconciliations including bank, ledger, and vendor accounts.
Ensure timely
GST, TDS, and statutory filings.
Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Prepare and present
MIS reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets
to management.
Support audit processes and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for cost control and financial planning.

Requirements

CA / Semi-qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 2 years of experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Prior experience in payments, billings, reconciliations, or finance control roles preferred.
