• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Establish and monitor internal control systems and financial governance processes.
• Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including Income Tax, GST, PF,ESI, Gratuity, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic re-forecasting processes.
• Support compliance and reporting related to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), FEMA, and RBI regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, bankers, and legal advisors on FDI-related matters.
• Assist in structuring foreign investments, capital infusions, and related documentation
