Must-have Qualifications & Skills:
* CA qualified (mandatory)
* 6+ years of post-qualification experience in finance & accounts
* Strong expertise in internal controls, bookkeeping, financial statements, and compliance
* Proficiency in managing books of accounts, cash flow, and financial reporting
* Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
* Knowledge of taxation, statutory regulations, and company law compliance
* Ability to set up and monitor internal control systems for risk management
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Good to have:
* Prior experience with a Big 4 firm
* Exposure to D2C, retail, or lifestyle industry finance practices
