Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Consultant to spearhead our financial strategy, planning, and advisory initiatives. As a key strategic leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial governance, improving business performance, and guiding sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and consulting, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advanced financial models (DCF, ROI, scenario analysis) to support organizational decision-making.
• Provide financial advisory and strategic insights to senior management.
• Lead financial consulting and analysis projects with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic outcomes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all departments.
• Create executive dashboards and performance scorecards to support data-driven management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive cost optimization and continuous improvement across financial operations.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or senior financial management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning, strategy development, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Expertise in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics platforms.
