Gurgaon,Haryana,India Job ID 768053 Join our Team Our Exciting Opportunity: Ericsson is looking for a detail-oriented professional for the role of Financial Compliance & Accounting . The role involves ensuring adherence to financial regulations, managing internal controls, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and experience in audit or compliance functions. You Will: Prepare income, withholding tax calculations, accounting, and filing and maintain tax master data. Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and file tax returns. Proactive role in participating in process improvements and automation, special assignments and global projects. Secure and provide high quality tax accounting and reporting in compliance with internal and external requirements Support in follow-up of tax payments/refunds. Support in tax audits, Statutory and Fire audits. Support tax advice to management/operational units Support development of tax processes Support tax efficiency and quality programs Monitor precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions Prepare transfer price documentation and argumentation Main interface for statutory and FIRE (internal) audits Drive compliance in End-to-End Operating Model (EOM) Support on Tax litigations and other tax disputes. Collaborate with other Finance functions to manage reporting and compliance The Skills You Bring: 3-4 years’ experience in finance accounting and taxation. Process improvements and automation knowledge. Chartered Accountant (CA) or bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Knowledge and understanding of financial systems, SAP experience preferred Good communication and presentation skills Sound understanding, knowledge and interpretation of Income Tax laws (including transfer pricing) Experience in handling/ liasoning with Tax authorities Why join Ericsson?
