Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Associate to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and the preparation of financial reports to support decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement. Maintain financial models and update them as necessary to reflect changing business conditions. Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights. Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in a financial analyst or associate role (entry-level candidates with internships will also be considered). Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (optional):CPA, CFA, or progress toward certification is a plus. Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial services.
