Job Title: System Admin Job Location: CBD Belapur Job Summary: As an System Admin, you are responsible for providing technical support for computer systems and resolving issues faced by end users. You work with both hardware and software across a variety of technology platforms, supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization. Core responsibilities include network management and systems monitoring to ensure optimal performance and availability. You install and update software, monitor data integrity, and assist with secure data transfers and file sharing. Additionally, you are responsible for developing and implementing security protocols to protect restricted systems and maintain compliance with organizational IT policies. Key Responsibilities: Installed, maintained, and configured hardware and software systems in alignment with company policies and standards. Troubleshot and repaired network, hardware, and software issues to ensure minimal disruption and quick resolution. Implemented and enforced security policies and procedures; managed access controls and protected sensitive data from threats. Performed routine inspections and maintenance of network infrastructure to support system reliability and performance. Executed hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance and meet operational requirements. Assisted in onboarding new employees by provisioning devices, setting up accounts, and delivering IT orientation and support. Provided technical support for networks, telephony systems, and a range of computing platforms and devices. Maintain email systems, backup and recovery solutions. Managed inventory by ordering and stocking IT equipment and supplies as needed. Monitored and controlled IT-related expenses, ensuring adherence to the approved budget. Advised and trained associates on IT systems and tools to improve digital fluency and reduce support dependency. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. • 3+ years’ experience in IT support and systems maintenance. • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Linux operating systems, and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role. • Good interpersonal skills. • Good problem-solving skills.
