Job Location: Chennai

Industry: Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO)

Department: Financial Reporting (XBRL US Clients)

Work Mode: On-site

Operation: 24/7, Monthly rotational shifts (5-shift pattern)

Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (minimum 65%)

Apply XBRL/iXBRL tagging and validation aligned with US-GAAP/IFRS taxonomies

• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Handle client revisions, workflow updates, and query resolution
• Perform quality checks and process time analysis
• Implement process improvements and train team members on best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
