Job Description

Job Title: Bank Executive (On-roll)Location: [Specify location e.g., Chennai, Tamil Nadu]Employment Type: Full-time, On-rollIndustry: Banking / Financial Services

Handle day-to-day banking operations such as account opening, customer inquiries, and KYC verification.
Promote and sell banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, and credit cards.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries and concerns.
Maintain and update customer records as per compliance requirements.
Assist customers with digital banking and mobile application support.
Achieve individual and branch sales targets set by the bank.
Ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Experience:
O to 1 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service (Freshers can also apply)
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of banking products and services
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
Sales-driven mindset and customer-first approach
