Financial Associate - CA Inter

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Finance:

• Support fundraising activities including debt, equity, and investor relations.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and capital structure to optimize financial health.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for decision-making.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control strategies.
• Manage treasury operations, bank relationships, and investment planning.

Compliance & Governance:

• Ensure adherence to Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, Income Tax Act, GST, and other statutory requirements.
• File necessary returns, reports, and disclosures within stipulated timelines.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and government authorities for inspections and audits.
• Develop internal controls, risk management policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure proper documentation for fundraising, board approvals, shareholder agreements, and statutory filings.
• Implement corporate governance best practices and maintain compliance records.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with legal, HR, and operations teams to ensure organizational compliance.
• Support due diligence during mergers, acquisitions, or fundraising.
• Provide compliance training to finance and business teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in corporate finance, compliance, or regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial, tax, and corporate laws.
• Experience in handling statutory audits, tax audits, and compliance reviews.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
