Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, modeling, costing, budgeting, and forecasting to support client engagements and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate business performance and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
• Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute high-impact client projects.
• Create and present compelling, client-tailored financial reports and dashboards.
• Lead and mentor a small team to ensure project alignment and success

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA
• or certification like CFA/CA preferred)
• 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis, or consulting.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication skills for client presentations.
• Willingness to work in Surat and travel locally as needed.
