Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst for a leading technology company, your role will be crucial in providing strategic insights, accurate forecasting, and financial analysis related to corporate expenses. You will be a key member of the G&A FP&A team, responsible for developing and maintaining expense assumptions aligned with company strategy and financial targets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing expense trends, variances, and drivers to provide actionable insights to senior management on potential risks and opportunities. You will also monitor expense performance against budget, identify areas for cost optimization, and build strong relationships with business partners to support their growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and maintenance of G&A expense assumptions aligned with company strategy and financial targets. - Analyze and track expense trends, variances, and drivers to provide actionable insights to senior management. - Monitor expense performance against budget, identify areas for cost optimization. - Build relationships with business partners to support their growth initiatives. - Develop financial models for cost optimization and reduction opportunities, including analysis of open PO orders and month-end close activities. - Build and improve finance processes for data integrity and efficient analyses. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting in a high-growth technology company. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning/forecasting tools. - Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, and proficiency in Adaptive Insights for forecasting activities. - Strong business acumen with problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. - High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, self-starter attitude. - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.
