Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the CFO for meetings, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Prepare presentations, financial summaries, reports, and dashboards for leadership reviews
Track and follow up on key projects, priorities, and action items on behalf of the CFO
Collaborate with finance teams (FP&A, accounts, audit, compliance, etc.) to ensure timely inputs for decision-making
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for approvals, data collection, or escalations
Conduct industry, competition, and market research to support CFO in strategy planning
Support investor communications, audit-related documentation, and board reporting when required

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of financial concepts, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
