Why We Need you!

We would need someone who would be responsible for supporting a company’s financial health through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning, who could help the senior management make informed decisions by providing insights into financial performance and identify areas of improvement. We would need someone who is dynamic and can adapt to organizational changes and can work closely with various teams (including HR, IT & Sales) to close any interim gaps.

What You Will Be Doing

• Budgeting and Forecasting for Personnel and Non Personnel costs across geos for the Sales and Revenue Operations function.
• Tracking, Analyzing and reporting any periodic variances across geos.
• Acting as a gatekeeper for making sure the headcount approvals are within budget/forecast and maintenance of data hygiene.
• Working closely in the FP&A Tool (Namely SAC) to ensure a smooth budget/forecast close.
• Reporting to regional leaders by preparing monthly packets showcasing key takeaways, KPI’s and providing meaningful insights.
• Proactively escalate to the management any potential issues/risks to the forecast.
  

Hard Skills

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• A qualified MBA, Cost Accountant or CA who has had some experience in financial planning and analysis

• It would be a bonus if he has experience in working on various IT Systems within the org like (SAP, SAC, Power BI etc)
