We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for providing accurate financial insights, supporting business decision-making, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, create forecasts, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for management.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and long-term financial forecasts; monitor variances and trends.
Data-Driven Decision Support:
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance, KPIs, and market trends.
Cost & Revenue Analysis:
Analyze cost structures and revenue streams to improve efficiency and profitability.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, operations, and senior leadership.
Financial Modeling:
Build and maintain financial models for business planning, valuations, and scenario analysis.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure financial practices align with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skill

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
2 4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tableau, or Power BI).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
