Job Description

Overview

Financial Analys

Responsibilities

Oversee financial management of all headcount costs, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, and payroll taxes.
Build and maintain financial models for headcount planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Act as the main contact for all headcount cost inquiries.
Assist with transitioning headcount data to FP&A planning systems.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, and business leaders to align staffing plans with business needs and identify financial risks or opportunities.
Analyze staffing cost trends, deliver scenario analyses, and support data-driven workforce decisions.
Manage and reconcile large data sets from HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and planning tools.
Develop reports and dashboards for KPIs such as headcount, cost per employee, and hiring plan changes.
Lead the headcount portion of annual budgets and forecasts and support long-range planning.
Continuously improve headcount reporting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-4 years’ experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a focus on headcount costs.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion), HRIS (e.g., Workday), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Strong data management and analytical skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Good written and oral communication skills.
