Job Description

About the Role:

Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Analyze financial data and trends to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and monitor variances.
Build and maintain complex financial models for business planning and strategy.
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Support management in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to answer specific business questions.
Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or remote setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
