Position: Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting
• Build and maintain financial models for cost analysis, pricing, and strategic planning
• Apply techniques such as financial statement analysis, discounted cash flow (DCF), and sensitivity analysis to support business and investment decisions
• Support development and automation of MIS reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics (KPIs) to evaluate business performance
• Assist in cash flow analysis, working capital tracking, and regular reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect financial and operational data
• Maintain organized financial documentation, models, and records for internal reviews and audits

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or business finance
• Strong academic foundation with an eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain

Key Skills Required:

• Financial Modeling & Forecasting (Excel-based, including DCF and scenario analysis)
• Financial Analysis & Reporting with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking
• Experience with tools like Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems (preferred)
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and data interpretation
• Effective communication and collaboration across teams
