Financial Advisor (Sales)

Infusion51a is an investment venture fund that partners with innovative startups and growth-stage businesses to unlock potential and accelerate success. Through our accelerator program Eranaya Solutions (IT company), we nurture emerging ventures by providing funding, mentorship, and business development opportunities. We are looking for a Financial Advisor (Sales Side) to help drive capital growth, build investor networks, and guide clients toward strategic financial opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Financial Advisor will play a key role in building strong investor relationships, raising capital, and advising clients on investment strategies aligned with Infusion51A’s portfolio. This is a sales-driven role that requires excellent networking, financial acumen, and the ability to present high-value investment opportunities to individuals, HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and onboard potential investors (HNIs, institutions, venture partners).
• Present Infusion51A’s venture fund and accelerator investment opportunities to clients.
• Understand investor goals, risk profiles, and financial objectives to recommend suitable investment strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors through regular updates, portfolio reviews, and events.
• Work closely with Eranaya Solutions and portfolio startups to align investment strategies with growth needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in venture capital and financial products.
• Achieve fundraising/sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Support the investor relations team in preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment sales, wealth management, or venture funding.
• Strong understanding of venture capital, private equity, investment products, and financial markets.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, fundraising, or sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with investors and represent the firm professionally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking abilities.
