Investor Relations Specialist / Manager

Job Description: As an Investor Relations (IR) professional, your role will involve being the primary liaison between the company and the investment community. You will be responsible for managing communication with investors, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and build trust in the companys financial performance and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial media. - Prepare and deliver regular investor communications, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports. - Organize investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows. - Respond to investor inquiries regarding company strategy, performance, and financials. - Collaborate with finance, legal, and executive teams to ensure consistent and compliant disclosures. - Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment. - Provide feedback from the investment community to senior management. - Support fundraising efforts, IPO preparations, or other capital market activities as required. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). - 3+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets. - Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting, and valuation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
