This is a flexible, performance-driven role where your earning potential is directly tied to your sales success and ability to build lasting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out and develop new client leads through networking, referrals, and professional outreach.Client Needs Assessment: Consult with individuals, families, and/or businesses to thoroughly analyze their insurance needs and financial situations.Policy Sales & Customization: Present, explain, and sell suitable insurance products (e.g., life, health, P&C, annuities) that meet client requirements, guiding them through the application process.Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support, manage policy renewals, and review coverage periodically to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate client records and ensure all sales and policy issuances comply with company and regulatory standards.Qualifications & SkillsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Excellent prospecting and networking abilities.Ability to be a self-starter and manage a flexible schedule independently.Required: Valid State Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one immediately).Preferred: Prior experience in insurance, finance, or a related sales role.CompensationThis is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
