What You’ll Be Doing
Cost Optimization Architect
• Analyze and manage costs across projects, departments and operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose cost-saving innovations without compromising quality.
Budget & Forecasting Navigator
• Own the quarterly budgeting process in coordination with department leaders.
• Track performance against budget, proactively highlight variances and offer strategic input.
Strategic Financial Planner
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define financial goals.
• Support long-term planning, growth modeling and scenario forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
Performance & Variance Analyst
• Perform detailed financial analysis — including trend tracking, variance analysis and projections.
• Translate data into actionable insights and dashboards for stakeholders.
Compliance & Reporting Steward
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external bodies.
• Maintain alignment with local and international financial regulations.
Cash Flow Commander
• Monitor working capital and ensure optimal cash flow for operational efficiency.
• Oversee liquidity strategies and recommend improvements.
Desired Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Proficiencies in working with Accounting softwares - Tally , etc
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
