Job Summary: The role involves managing accounts for assigned subsidiary companies, including finalization, consolidation, and analysis of accounts. Responsibilities also include handling tax and statutory audits, and managing payments related to TDS, service tax, and foreign remittances.. Important Key Skills to Highlight: 1. Build Accounts / Financial Statements: • Prepare Balance Sheets in compliance with regulations. • Finalize and consolidate books of accounts for subsidiaries/projects. • Analyze and evaluate accounts, and rectify errors as needed 2. Foreign Remittances: • Ensure timely payments to international consultants/vendors. • Obtain and manage 15 CA/15 CB certifications. • Ensure proper documentation and necessary entries. 3. Calculation of TDS, Goods & Service Tax: • Calculate TDS for GPL, ensuring accurate PAN numbers and timely submission of TDS certificates. • Ensure compliance with norms and regulations for entries. • Adhere to Direct and Indirect Tax regulations. 4. Managing Audits: • Assist auditors by providing data, resolving queries, and preparing documents. 5. Validating Documents: • Verify documents from regional offices to ensure accuracy. 6. SAP Implementation: • Communicate SAP requirements to vendors, train personnel, and manage software implementation. 7. Process Adherence: • Comply with company guidelines and project timelines. 8. Process Improvement: • Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
