Role: Finance Operations Specialist

Experience: 1-5 years

The Financial Operations Specialist will support the financial operations of our corporate offsites and retreats. You will manage budgets, oversee invoicing and payments, handle vendor relationships, and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has a passion for financial management, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate financial information clearly.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the corporate events or retreat industry is a plus.
