Job Description

As the Finance Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function to increase returns while minimizing risks for the Company. Your responsibilities will include partnering with finance leaders to assess organizational knowledge and skill gaps, leading the improvement of internal audit and SOX frameworks, driving the effective use of information technology, and managing key finance projects. You will need strong managerial, analytical, and system skills, as well as a partnership orientation to work collaboratively with business colleagues. Key responsibilities: - Assess and analyze organizational knowledge and skill gaps to design and implement finance enablement programs - Establish effectiveness and efficiency reporting and measurements, conduct quarterly employee training, and ensure compliance and risk minimization - Lead the improvement of internal audit and SOX framework, provide insights on emerging risks, and drive effective use of information technology - Develop effective working relationships with finance team members and leaders across the organization to address key business needs - Manage risks, ensure data integrity, measure performance, and project manage key finance projects - Build and manage a high-performance finance function and oversee team bonding events, budget, and expenses You are/have: - An independent, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in ensuring data integrity - Proficient in setting up automated processes and managing time effectively - Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the highest level of integrity - A Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline - Minimum 10 years of experience in finance operations, with expertise in SOX compliance and internal control frameworks - Systems expertise in NetSuite, Salesforce, Anaplan, and MS Office applications (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
