Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the complete financial operations of ZGP. This role requires strong leadership, financial planning skills, and expertise in accounting compliance, taxation, payroll, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Planning

• Oversee complete accounts function of ZGP across all branches.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly closing, MIS reports, and cashflow tracking.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and all statutory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of returns and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with auditors for IT filings, audits, and financial reviews.

Payroll & Salary Management

• Manage monthly payroll processing, salary disbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Verify attendance reports, incentives, arrears, reimbursements, and settlements.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments, reconciliation, and credit terms.
• Ensure timely client invoicing, follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash, branch-wise expense sheets, and payment approvals.

Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and guide the accounts team / accounts manager.
• Implement process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Work closely with management on financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–12 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (preferably in a multi-branch or service industry).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, IT filing, payroll, audits, and compliance.
• Excellent knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks or similar software.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and team-handling abilities.
• Good communication skills and high accuracy.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
