Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, the person will be contributing to better management of day to day

finances and keep the company compliant to accounting standards & taxation rules. The person

should analyze and improve efficiency in handling expenses, prioritizing and reporting gaps in

funds. Work closely with our CEO and Implement process for the Accounting Team and liaison

with our Auditing firm or Bank services for timely reporting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Management, Regulatory & Tax Compliances & Coordinate Accounting Team:

• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to document all income, expenses, payments,

payables & receivables.

• Own Responsibilities. Track, Measure & improve accounting related KPIs (Key

Performance Indicators) linked to Financial Management.

• Coordinate with the Customer Success team for payment follow ups.
• Prepare monthly P&L and Cash Flow Reports
• Organize records of invoices, bills, and deposits. Monitor processing of invoices &

conduct credit checks & escalate non-payment cases

• Maintain ledger accounts, journals, reconcile vendor accounts, resolve mismatches &

analyze purchase by expenses type.

• Proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exceptions/inconsistencies,

initiate action and follow-up for logical closure

• Prepare MIS and share to management team for updating our Board & Investors

Skills Required:

• Relevant Experience for 3+ years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally Accounting Software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and GET IT DONE kind of person. Handle unpredictable

scenarios with a problem solving mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Flexible to changing needs & goals of the

organization

• Strong Time Management and Positive Attitude
• Ability to build consensus & relationships among Leadership Team and Team Members
• Added Advantage if worked previously in B2C e-commerce or FMCG Retail Brand
