Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

Own and lead the company's financial planning process, including the annual budget, long-range plans, and periodic forecasts.

Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and align departmental budgets with overall corporate strategy.

Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, investments, and capital allocation decisions.

2. Financial Reporting and Control:

Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy of financial data and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

Supervise internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement and maintain the integrity of financial information.

3. Treasury and Risk Management:

Oversee the company's cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions.

Manage relationships with banking institutions and other financial partners.

Assess and mitigate financial risks, including those related to market volatility, interest rates, and currency fluctuations.

4. Strategic Support and Business Partnership:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership team on financial matters.

Provide analytical support for operational decisions, including pricing strategies, cost management, and resource allocation.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Attract and retain top finance talent, ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities to meet the company's evolving needs.
