Finance Manager – Hyderabad (SEZ, Global Operations)

About Us

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Reporting:
Manage accounting, cost accounting, AR/AP, budgeting, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to Indian laws (GST, TDS, Companies Act), SEZ norms, and import/export regulations.
Global Coordination:
Handle intercompany transactions and reporting with U.S. headquarters (Fremont, CA).
Banking & Treasury:
Oversee banking operations, fund management, and cash-flow planning.
Audits & Controls:
Lead statutory audits, regulatory filings, and strengthen internal controls.
Financial Strategy:
Drive cost optimization, enhance financial systems, and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / CPA (or equivalent).
7–10 years of finance experience (MNC/SEZ background preferred).
Expertise in Indian GAAP; IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
Experience with import/export finance and intercompany transactions.
ERP skills (SAP B1 preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
