Job Description

Finance Manager – Real Estate Location: Kormangala Experience: 3–6 years (Real Estate Mandatory) Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with strong real estate finance and project accounting knowledge. The role involves budgeting, cash-flow management, financial reporting, compliance, and supporting real estate project finances. Key Responsibilities: Manage project cash flows, budgeting, and cost control. Oversee AP/AR, banking, reconciliations, and MIS reporting. Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, TDS, taxation, and audits. Coordinate with Sales for collections, customer payments, and finance documentation. Validate vendor invoices, contractor bills, and handle payouts. Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy. Requirements: 3–6 years’ experience in real estate finance (mandatory). Strong knowledge of project costing, RERA, GST, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting systems & advanced Excel. Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com.
