Designation:

Major Responsibilities:

Deliver assignments related to fundraising, valuations, financial models, CIMs, pitch decks, due diligence, and investor outreach.
Build and review complex financial models (LBO, DCF, transaction models, portfolio analysis).
Drive fundraising support activities: investor targeting, outreach management, and deal documentation.
Handle client communication and relationship management; act as the primary liaison with international clients.
Lead a team of analysts, ensuring training, quality delivery, and project management.
Collaborate with senior management to identify new growth opportunities for clients and the firm.

Work Location:

Skills and Qualifications:

MBA (Finance) or equivalent post-graduation.
6–10 years of experience in investment research, financial modeling, and fundraising.
Proven team management and client management experience.
Native fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise (LBO, DCF, scenario analysis).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
