Finance Manager

What are we looking for: We are seeking a highly skilled CA/Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy, compliance framework, and operational finance functions. This role requires a deep understanding of Indian taxation laws, funding mechanisms, and regulatory coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted financial advisor to the leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead overall financial planning, strategy, and forecasting in alignment with business goals

· Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations

· Handle departmental correspondence including Show Cause Notices (SCNs), scrutiny assessments, and appeals

· Drive budgeting, cash flow management, and operational cost control

· Manage debt funding, investor communication, and financial negotiations

· Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS, and internal reporting

· Ensure robust financial controls, policy implementation, and audit readiness

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

· Contribute to strategic decision-making from a finance standpoint

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· CA, CMA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification

· 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a mid-to-growth stage company

· In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation, regulatory filings, and financial compliance

· Experience with debt funding, investor reporting, and treasury functions

· Strong understanding of business finance, operational metrics, and financial systems

· Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and handle high-impact financial decisions

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
