Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data to provide strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal financial requirements. Key responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, driving cost optimization initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the organization’s financial health. The role entails leading a team and supporting decision-making processes through solid financial insights.

Qualifications

Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage financial reporting and data analysis
Proficiency in accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance standards
Experience in team management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present financial insights and strategies to stakeholders
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance preferred)
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site professional environment
