Finance Manager

As an experienced and results-driven professional in business loans, supply chain finance (SCF), or working capital sales, you will be responsible for promoting and selling business loan and SCF products specifically to distributors and large B2B clients in the FMCG distributor or B2B supply chain ecosystem. Your role will involve managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-ticket financial deals. You will prospect clients through various means such as cold calls, referrals, and leveraging your distributor network. Additionally, you will conduct financial needs assessments, provide tailored lending solutions, structure and present proposals encompassing working capital loans, invoice discounting, term loans, etc., negotiate terms, manage post-sales relationships, and track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell business loan and SCF products to distributors and large B2B clients, excluding micro-enterprises - Prospect clients through cold calls, referrals, and distributor network - Conduct financial needs assessments and provide tailored lending solutions - Structure and present proposals encompassing working capital loans, invoice discounting, term loans, etc. - Coordinate with internal and third-party lending partners - Negotiate terms, manage post-sales relationships, and track monthly/quarterly sales targets Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business lending/financial services sales - Strong exposure to supply chain finance, working capital loans, or invoice financing - Experience in dealing with distributors, stockists, or wholesalers in FMCG or similar sectors - Good understanding of how SCF impacts business operations - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred This role offers a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives and ESOP opportunities.
