Finance Manager – Ind AS & MIS Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate financial reporting under Ind AS, preparing monthly MIS reports, managing quarterly results, and leading the annual report preparation process.

This role is best suited for finance professionals with 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong command of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), and hands-on expertise with financial software tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Tally, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ind AS Financials: Prepare accurate financial statements and consolidated reports in line with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Monthly MIS Reports: Generate monthly MIS to track and present business performance.
• Quarterly Results: Compile and present financials to meet quarterly statutory requirements.
• Annual Report Management: Oversee the preparation and review of the company’s annual financial report.
• Audit Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy in all reporting cycles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWAI
• Experience:
• 7 to 10 years in accounting or finance roles
• Prior experience in listed companies is highly desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
