Field Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring dynamic Relationship Managers for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division. This is a field sales role, ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting clients, closing deals, and working in the fast-paced lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and onboard customers for Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and collect documents
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
• Coordinate with partner banks/NBFCs for documentation, approvals, and disbursals
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain consistent client follow-ups and explore cross-selling opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only (Field role requirement)
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in mortgage loans or financial products
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally and meet performance targets
• Familiarity with loan documentation and mortgage processing
• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
• Local area knowledge will be an added advantage

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (based on experience & location)
• Incentives: Lucrative monthly incentives based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
