Role Overview

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

• Track project-wise revenue, costs, and profitability

• Manage project fund allocation and optimize resource utilization

Fund Management

• Monitor daily cash flow, bank positions, and working capital

• Manage loans, project funding, and overdraft facilities

• Build strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements

• Present MIS reports and variance analysis to management

• Evaluate project profitability and cost performance

Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & RERA

• Coordinate with statutory & internal auditors

• Maintain documentation, records, and audit trails

Cost & Expense Control

• Review and approve major payments & vendor bills

• Implement cost-control measures and monitor project expenses

• Track overheads and recommend cost-saving initiatives

Required Skills

✔ Strong understanding of real estate financial operations

✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP, Advanced Excel & financial modeling

✔ Knowledge of fund flow, banking operations & statutory compliance

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills

Education

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
