Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential projects.
• Plan and execute

  digital, print, and outdoor marketing campaigns

• Manage

• Handle

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  Google Ads

  for lead generation and brand promotion.
• Manage and monitor

  WhatsApp Business API campaigns

  and communication flows.
• Oversee

  CRM system handling

  to ensure proper lead tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with

  sales teams

  to generate qualified leads and conversions.
• Handle

  agency communication and follow-ups

  for smooth campaign execution.
• Conduct

  influencer search and collaboration

  for digital branding.
• Plan and manage

  social media postings

  , engagement strategies, and content calendars.
• Conduct

  market research

  to analyze customer trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and manage

  marketing budgets

  , track ROI, and prepare performance reports.
• Drive innovative strategies to enhance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration

  , or related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate marketing

  (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of

  digital marketing, branding, and lead generation

• Must have working knowledge of the following tools/platforms:
