Job Summary

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
2. Monitor daily campaign performance.
3. Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media (internship experience counts).
3. Basic knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google.
5. Preferred Skills-Experience with Shopify.
6. Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
