Finance Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and internal policies. Oversee cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management activities. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency. Support strategic planning by providing financial insights and analysis. Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures. Assist in developing financial strategies aligned with company goals. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Excel).
